Matthew Leider is the managing partner of Mandel, Manganelli & Leider, P.A. Matthew focuses his practice on lender-related residential and commercial foreclosure litigation, commercial litigation, and loss mitigation/loan workouts. He has experience handling matters involving creditor’s rights, real estate and title issues, and consumer finance litigation.
Matthew was admitted to practice in 2010 after graduating from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida. Prior to obtaining his juris doctorate, Matthew attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 2010 and was admitted to practice in federal court in the Southern District of Florida in 2012.
Matthew has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyer’s Magazine for years 2017-2020 – an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state young lawyers. As of 2020, Matthew is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
